Balms & Butters

Life can be tough for our heels and they are often sadly neglected, becoming dry and cracked.  Fortunately, help is at hand in this little pot of salvation.  Rich in fabulous kokum butter (known for its ability to heal and regenerate damaged skin while leaving a clean and fresh finish) it is combined with cocoa butter and sweet almond, virgin coconut and virgin hemp oils and a delicious blend of lemon, peppermint and tea tree essential oils which bring antioxidants, antiseptic qualities and a cooling and uplifting fragrance. Apply sparingly with clean dry fingers to the affected area morning and night.  This balm is very firm but will soften on contact with skin.  This may be used in other dry patches on the body/hands, but has been especially formulated for foot use. Discontinue if irritation occurs.  Store away from heat and direct sunlight.  Due to the nature of the raw butters used, these balms are occasionally affected by graininess; this is due to the formation of natural stearic acid crystals which will not affect efficacy of the product in any way - the crystals will melt on contact with the skin. Our luscious lip balms are made with a special blend of plant oils and butters, carefully chosen to moisturise, condition and protect lips.  Butters and oils include: - cocoa butter - shea butter - sweet almond oil - jojoba oil - calendula-infused sunflower oil - olive squalane - castor oil This lip balm is 'Pur et Simple' which is unflavoured; other aromas which may be available are:

• 'Peppermint' - essential oil
• 'Gentle Mandarin' - essential oil

All the flavours used are natural: either essential oils or natural plant extracts.  Our lip balms do not contain lanolin or any petroleum derivatives. Each balm comes in a twist-up tube. Contents 4.5g net  

Balms are wonderful for skin: all the goodness of the ingredients used without dilution in an aqueous medium and the necessary preservatives that would accompany it. This is a beautifully gentle, lightly whipped balm especially formulated for its oils' soothing, conditioning and healing properties.  Beeswax is combined with olive, avocado, sweet almond, coconut and jojoba oils as well as shea, cocoa and mango butters.  Additionally, herbal infusions of calendula petals in sunflower oil and hops in olive oil bring their own magical soothing and healing properties.  Organic tapioca starch is added to reduce greasiness and a special blend of essential oils that includes chamomile, geranium, West Indian sandalwood, mandarin, rosemary, bergamot and rosewood (again, chosen for their soothing and healing nature) is added to increase the balm's efficacy and add a wonderful aroma. Apply the balm sparingly to dry areas using clean, dry fingers, or use as a hand balm in place of hand cream.  This balm is designed for body use instead of facial use.
