This page provides information for wholesale buyers interested in stocking Stonesfield Soaps (retail purposes, bulk orders for hotels, B&Bs etc, corporate gifts).
We are very happy to work with retail outlets who would like to stock Stonesfield soap as part of their retail stock for selling on, clients in the hospitality industry for guest soaps and businesses looking to source in bulk corporate gifts. We can supply:
- our own fully labelled soap in a variety of packaging options, depending on your needs. For a current catalogue of products available for wholesale, please contact us. Clients requiring soap for guest purposes or corporate gifts should also contact us.
- naked Stonesfield Soap from our range sold either as individual bars or logs for you to cut; this service is for own label clients (please note, for own labelling, you will need to include our contact details on your label to comply with current EU legislation)
- bespoke soap, either made specifically for you with a recipe designed by us, or made to your own recipe. Bespoke soap designed by us will carry an additional charge to cover soap design and administrative costs for the EU Cosmetic Product Notification Portal (CPNP). Please note, if the client is designated Responsible Person (as prescribed by current EU regulations), this will need to be confirmed in writing.
FAQ
Discounts – We offer discounted wholesale price for bulk order. Minimum quantity is 20 bars of soap (these may be assorted). For soaps sold naked (for own-label retailers) our average price per kg is £28. Soaps offered per kg may be offered as pre-cut bars (approx 8 x 5 x 2.5cm for log-type soaps; approx 7 x 5 x 3cm for slab-type soaps) or as complete logs. Please contact us for further details.
Purchasing – you may order through the website, by email or by phone.
Once you are registered as a wholesale buyer you will be given a wholesale reduction on your shopping cart, should you wish to place your order online.
Sale or Return – we apologise but due to the delicate nature of the products, we do not offer sale or return.
Schedule – Most soaps should be in stock, but please check the units available prior to placing your order. Depending on the packaging requested, there will be a lead time on the order as soaps are packaged to demand: naked soaps in the box will only take a few days; soaps with full wrapping may require up to a week, depending on the size of the order. Bespoke and larger batches are made to order; this includes a four week curing period. Once a soap order is confirmed, we can give you a delivery date..
